Article 3: Pricing and Payment
3.1 : All prices are quoted in euros inclusive of VAT and communicated prior to booking confirmation.
3.2 : Applicable surcharges: a 15% surcharge applies to night journeys, between 8 pm and 7 am. A 10% surcharge applies at weekends, on Saturday from 6 pm and all day Sunday. A 15% surcharge applies all day on French public holidays. These surcharges are not cumulative: where a journey falls under more than one, only the highest is applied, the night surcharge taking precedence over the public holiday surcharge. For major events, a surcharge of up to 20% may be added; it is stated to the Client at the time of booking. Every surcharge is already included in the price communicated before confirmation, in accordance with article 3.1.
3.3 : Payment methods: credit/debit card online (Stripe), at the time of booking, including for an accepted quote. Bank transfer is reserved for companies under a signed agreement, invoiced monthly. No cash payment is offered to the Client.
3.4 : A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment, including for an accepted quote; past the payment link's deadline, it is cancelled. A company under a signed agreement is confirmed once its order is recorded.
3.5 : Beyond the waiting time included in the price (Article 6.1), the driver may wait longer at the Client's request. This additional waiting time is charged only if the Client has agreed to its price in advance.
Article 4: Booking Conditions
4.1 : Bookings may be made via soumaorosignature.fr, by phone (06 07 08 19 64) or by email.
4.2 : Effective upon payment of the ride. For a company under a signed agreement, effective upon receipt of written confirmation (email or SMS) from the Service Provider.
4.3 : The Client undertakes to provide accurate information: name, phone number, address, destination, date, time, number of passengers and luggage.
4.4 : For airport/station transfers, providing a flight or train number is recommended so the pick-up time can be adjusted in case of delay.
Article 5: Cancellation and Modification
5.1 : Cancellation by the Client: free up to 1 hour before departure for a single ride, up to 24 hours before for an hourly hire. Past this deadline or in case of no-show, 100% of the amount is due.
5.2 : All cancellations must be made in writing: email, text message or WhatsApp. The date and time of receipt shall serve as proof.
5.3 : Modification: accepted subject to availability. Any price increase will be communicated before confirmation.
5.4 : Cancellation by the Service Provider: the Client is refunded in full. Except in cases of force majeure, a cancellation by the Service Provider less than 1 hour before departure (24 hours for an hourly hire) also entitles the Client to compensation equal to the price of the ride, the same amount the Client owes when cancelling within those deadlines (article 5.1).
Article 6: Client Obligations
6.1 : Be present at the agreed time and place. Waiting time included in the fare: 15 min for a standard journey, from the agreed pick-up time; 45 min for a pick-up at an airport or railway station, from the actual landing or train arrival (60 min at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports).
6.2 : Any damage caused to the vehicle will be invoiced at the actual cost of repair.
6.3 : Strictly prohibited on board: alcohol, drugs, tobacco and e-cigarettes.
6.4 : Pets: accepted in a suitable carrier only, with prior agreement.
6.5 : Maximum capacity: 5 passengers. Beyond this, the driver cannot carry out the journey (safety and insurance); the price paid is refunded.
Article 7: Service Provider Obligations
7.1 : Provide a clean, well-maintained vehicle driven by a fully licensed chauffeur.
7.2 : Punctuality and compliance with booking conditions.
7.3 : Discretion regarding the Client's personal and professional information.
7.4 : Valid professional liability insurance covering all journeys performed.
Article 8: Liability
8.1 : During the journey, the Service Provider owes the passengers an obligation of safety as to result. For timing, it uses all reasonable means (best-efforts obligation): a delay caused by an external event that it could not reasonably foresee or overcome (exceptional traffic, weather, an incident on the route) shall not give rise to its liability. Liability is excluded in cases of force majeure.
8.2 : Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer Client's right to compensation for harm suffered. For a business Client, liability is limited to the amount of the service invoiced, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
8.3 : The Client is responsible for the consequences of inaccurate information provided at the time of booking.
Article 9: Personal Data
9.1 : Data processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
9.2 : Never sold. Passed on only to the providers who need it to carry out the ride (payment, messages, mapping, calendar, automated message processing, hosting), listed in the privacy policy, and retained for the periods stated there.
9.3 : Rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: contact@soumaorosignature.fr. A complaint may also be lodged with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

10.4 : A consumer Client may bring proceedings, at their choice, before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred, or before any other competent court (article R631-3 of the French Consumer Code). For a business Client: courts of the jurisdiction of Rennes (France).
