How long will the driver wait at the airport?+
For airport transfers, the driver monitors your flight in real time and adjusts for delays. Free waiting time is 60 minutes at CDG and Orly, and 45 minutes at other airports (Rennes, Nantes, etc.), from the moment of landing.
Can I book last minute?+
Yes, we accept bookings up to 3 hours before departure, subject to availability. For guaranteed pick-up, we recommend booking 24 hours in advance, especially for early morning airport transfers.
Are there extra charges at night or on weekends?+
A 15% surcharge applies between 8 pm and 7 am and on public holidays. A 10% surcharge applies on Saturday evenings (from 6 pm) and Sundays. The price shown at booking is always the final price — no surprises.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?+
Yes: free up to 1 hour before departure for a simple ride, up to 24 hours before for an hourly booking. After that, 100% of the amount is due.
How do I pay?+
By card online or bank transfer for companies.
What amenities are available on board?+
Your Tesla Model Y is equipped with mineral water, USB-C chargers, Wi-Fi, and dual-zone climate control. Tinted windows ensure your privacy. A generous luggage space is available in the boot.

Do you have baby seats or booster seats?+
Yes, a baby seat and a booster seat are available on request when booking. Please specify the child's age and weight in the notes field so we can prepare the right equipment.
Do you accept pets?+
Yes, small pets are accepted in their travel crate.
Do you provide invoices for companies?+
Absolutely. A VAT invoice is issued for every professional service.
